Join Our Team as a FLT Counterbalance Driver!

Location:

Rugby

Working Hours:

1. 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shifts rotating between days and nights
2. Day shift: 07:00-19:00
3. Night shift: 19:00-07:00

Pay:

Starting at £12.79 per hour, increasing to £15.11 after 12 weeks worked

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move and stack goods
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and promptly
• Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners
• Perform routine equipment checks and report faults
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace

Qualifications:

• Valid accredited forklift license via RTITB or ITSAR
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Hardworking and reliable
