Job summary

Rapid Resourcing is seeking an experienced FLT Counter Balance Driver to join their warehouse team in the United Kingdom. The role requires a valid RTITB Counterbalance licence (indate) and at least one year of forklift experience.

Typical hours are 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Saturday with potential overtime. Candidates will load and unload goods, stack pallets, and perform routine safety checks on the vehicle.

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends if required

Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries from lorries, containers, and trailers.
• Move pallets, raw materials, and finished stock to designated locations.
• Perform pre-shift and daily forklift safety checks (brakes, tires, hydraulics, fluids).
• Adhere to health and safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
• Carry out other warehouse duties as required

• Site Compliance: Follow strict health and safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain an organized work area.
