Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver for a site in the Wisbech area. This temporary to permanent role offers an immediate start and the opportunity to secure a long-term position.

You will work Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 4:00pm, with paid 10 hours per shift, overtime paid at 1.5x, and weekend rates (Saturday 1.5x, Sunday double time). A valid RTITB Counterbalance licence and at least 1 year of counterbalance FLT experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid RTITB Counterbalance FLT licence (in-house licences not accepted).
• Minimum 1 year's Counterbalance FLT experience.
• Own transport due to location.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT Counterbalance in warehouse.
• Work Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm.
• Achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to safety procedures.

Interaction Recruitment is currently looking for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join our client based in the Wisbech area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent.

Pay & Benefits

• £13.50 per hour
• 10 hours paid per shift - no unpaid break deductions
• Overtime paid at 1.5x
• Saturday pay: 1.5x
• Sunday pay: Double Time
• Immediate start available

Working Hours

• Regular overtime available

Requirements
