Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver for a client site in the Wisbech area. This temporary-to-permanent role offers an immediate start, regular Monday to Friday shifts from 6:00am to 4:00pm, and long-term opportunities as you prove yourself.

The role requires a valid RTITB Counterbalance FLT licence, at least 1 year of counterbalance experience, and reliable transport. Overtime paid, and 10 hours paid per shift with no unpaid breaks.

Qualifications

• Valid RTITB Counterbalance FLT licence required.
• Minimum 1 year counterbalance FLT experience required.
• Own transport is essential due to location.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT Counterbalance in a warehouse environment.
• Maintain safe and efficient pallet handling and product movement.

FLT Counterbalance Driver - Wisbech
Temporary to Permanent | Immediate Start

Interaction Recruitment is currently looking for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join our client based in the Wisbech area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent.

Pay & Benefits

• £13.50 per hour
• 10 hours paid per shift - no unpaid break deductions
• Overtime paid at 1.5x
• Saturday pay: 1.5x
• Sunday pay: Double Time
• Immediate start available

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 6:00am - 4:00pm
• Regular overtime available

Requirements

• Valid RTITB Counterbalance FLT licence (in-house licences cannot be accepted)
• Minimum 1 year's Counterbalance FLT experience
• Own transport is essential due to the location
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
