Job summary

Menzies Distribution Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader in Kettering to manage a team, ensure accurate receipt of goods, and timely despatch to customers. The role requires a counterbalance FLT license and strong WMS experience to drive accuracy and safety in daily operations.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, uphold health and safety standards, and coordinate with the customer to ensure service excellence while complying with site procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a team
• WMS experience, ideally SAP and SFOL
• Counterbalance FLT/PPT operation
• In-date accredited FLT license

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading trailers using counterbalance FLT/PPT
• Using WMS, laptop and hand scanners
• Receiving pallets and scanning into the warehouse
• Picking orders for despatch
• Stock rotation and consolidation
• Maintain health and safety standards and hygiene
