Job summary

The Results People are seeking experienced FLT drivers for a well-known client in the Northampton NN7 area. This is a full-time, ongoing role with a strong safety focus and reliable shift patterns.

Night shifts run 22:00–06:00 with 4 On/4 Off cycles and competitive pay plus overtime options. Candidates holding Counterbalance, Reach or VNA licences can be upskilled to VNA, and full training is provided to ensure safe operation and accuracy in narrow aisles.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance, Reach or VNA).
• Ability to operate safely in very narrow aisles (for VNA roles).

• Night: 10:00pm – 06:00am
• Monday -Friday

Pay rates

• Night: £14.50ph
• OT £ 20.63ph

4 On/4Off

Nights 6pm-6am

£14.97ph

OT £22.08

Requirements
