Job summary

Greggs plc is launching a brand-new logistics site in Kettering. We seek a Flow Technician to join a start-up Flow Room team, learning systems quickly and shaping processes from day one.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to define what “good” looks like and implement best practices, with a focus on safe, efficient, and customer-centric flow. You'll work a 4-on, 4-off, 12-hour shift pattern (days, nights, weekends) from the Kettering site, contributing to the

Qualifications

• Experience operating automated warehouse systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong IT fluency with common Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proven communication skills and ability to share knowledge across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with on-site operations and engineering teams to ensure smooth automated system and product flow.
• Support all Flow Room functions.
• Monitor the NDC Warehouse Management System through KPI dashboards and best-practice configurations.
• Assist Flow Room Lead with IT and automation incidents with transparent escalation and resolution.
