Job summary

corelab is seeking a Flow Laboratory Analyst to perform advanced and routine analytical testing on geological, fluid, and gas samples, operate specialised equipment, review data, and ensure quality and environmental standards are met.

You will contribute to efficient laboratory operation, support continuous improvement, train colleagues, and work with other departments to deliver high-quality results for clients, including offshore assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with analytical testing and data processing.
• Educated to a minimum HNC or equivalent in a science subject, or relevant experience.
• Degree in physical science related subject (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing on geological, fluid, and gas samples per procedures and client requirements.
• Conduct flow and relative permeability tests including Amott and USBM methods.
• Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Record, analyse, review, and report test results with data quality and compliance.
• Maintain clean, safe lab environment and adhere to QA/QC and ISO standards.
• Identify and report unsafe or non-compliant practices and participate in CAPA processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Support training and development of colleagues and share knowledge.
