Williams Lea is seeking a Floor Support Assistant in Basingstoke to deliver excellent customer service and support to the Team Leader and Business Services Manager. The role requires flexibility across a range of tasks and a high level of multi-skilling.
You will manage messages, greet visitors, handle room bookings, catering, mail and document processing, and assist with billing data where required, all while maintaining accuracy and a right-first-time mindset.

The Floor Support Assistant will work as part of a team to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients and support to the Team Leader and Business Services Manager. Whilst the list of tasks in this document is not exhaustive, the Floor Support Assistant may cover any combination of the tasks set out below. The Floor Support Assistant will provide excellent customer service to our clients, performing all operations requested by a customer without direct supervision. This role will cover a number of our service areas and will require a high level of multi-skilling.
