Williams Lea in Manchester is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support a busy team of fee earners. The role involves managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, drafting letters and reports, and assisting with billing and travel arrangements.
You will join a global provider of business-critical support services, with a hybrid working option after probation and 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary is £30,000 per year with benefits.

Williams Lea employees, nearly 7000 people worldwide, who provide efficient business services at client sites in often complex and highly regulated environments, from centralised Williams Lea onshore facilities, and through best cost company offshore locations.
This role is to provide enhanced, proactive support to a busy team of sector fee earners enabling them to operate efficiently. The support provided needs to be seamless and of a high standard. The individual is expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative and can maintain a high level of confidentiality. The Personal Assistant supports the Manchester office, working alongside another PA to provide support to 12 fee earners. Both PAs undertake Workflow Manager responsibilities, coordinating work across several sectors and contributing to a varied and dynamic workload. The role includes delegating, coordinating, and supervising document production, file management, and copying/scanning activities, which are primarily delivered by the relevant business support services, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. The solicitors are based all over the country in offices such as London, Cambridge, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Bath (which is the main hub for our client). At the Manchester office there would be the option of hybrid working after initial training/probation. This will be 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
