Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead a busy housekeeping team across guest and hotel areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction under the Head Housekeeper. The role involves supervising shifts, training, and maintaining safety and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with the Head Housekeeper, organise rosters, and help meet daily targets while adhering to Health & Safety policies and client standards.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.

• Organising staff rotas.
• Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper.
• Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.
