Job summary

BaxterStorey in the United Kingdom is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead our retail spaces including restaurants and coffee outlets. You will motivate the team to deliver consistent, high-quality service and manage day-to-day operations to meet standards.

You will monitor performance, support training, and ensure safe, compliant practices while contributing to marketing plans and guest satisfaction. We value inclusivity and offer development opportunities within a supportive hospitality

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the smooth running of all retail spaces, including restaurants and coffee outlets.
• Lead and support the team to consistently meet operational and service standards.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and financial performance, taking action where required.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, financial and company procedures.
• Drive innovation across products, sustainability, provenance and industry trends.
• Support the delivery of annual marketing plans and ensure promotional activity is communicated.
• Manage customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
