Emilia's Crafted Pasta is seeking an energetic Front of House Floor Supervisor to join our London team. This full-time role involves leading a friendly dining team, upholding hospitality standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced pasta restaurant.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

• Ensuring that the service process and principles are followed by all waiters and waitresses
• Ensuring that new waiting staff are trained according to the company training systems
• Ensuring all food and drink is checked prior to serving to our guests and that it has been prepared to the highest quality level
• Taking responsibility for the appearance of the front of house area.
