Job summary

The Cocktail Club in Bristol is seeking a floortender to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver drinks and food with a smile. You’ll help keep seating areas tidy and assist with bar setup and breakdown while upholding safety and responsible service guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression
• Serve drinks and food to customers on the floor, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed
• Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions
• Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any inquiries or requests
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Uphold all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar and seating areas before and after service

This is a PART TIME vacancy, with shifts based over Mon - Sun (20-25 hours), and a wage starting at £10.85 - £12.71 per hour!
