Job summary

Golf Fang is seeking a Floor Server to ensure guests have an exceptional experience, making sure they are comfortable and happy throughout their visit while drinks are served on the course. Full training on brand values and service standards will be provided.

You will be part of a high-energy venue within the Big Fang Collective, supporting guests with friendly, efficient service and contributing to a fun, memorable experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Effective communicator with clear spoken and written communication.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• PC literate with ability to use booking systems and mobile devices for drink orders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have the best experience and feel comfortable throughout their visit.
• Serve drinks on the course to facilitate guests’ progression without needing to visit the bar.

About the role

As a Floor Server at Golf Fang, it is your role to ensure that our guests have the best experience! Making sure that they are comfortable and happy throughout their visit, serving drinks on the course so they can enjoy making their way around without going to the bar!

Essential

• Customer service experience
• Effective communicator
• Effective time management and organisation skills
• PC literate with ability to use booking systems and mobile devices for drinks orders

Desired

• Previous experience in hosting or serving
• Basic knowledge of bar products
• Cash and payment card handling experience

Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
