Job summary

ARNE in Manchester invites you to join our temporary Retail Team at the Trafford Centre Store. You’ll welcome customers, share our story, and deliver outstanding service as we bring our minimal, design-led vision to life.

This three-month fixed-term contract starts immediately; you’ll open/close, support stock and merchandising, and help the team hit sales goals while maintaining exceptional store presentation.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a supervisory or Floor Manager role is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring everything is secure and ready for trading each day.
• Assist in managing daily operations, including stock management and visual merchandising.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Support the team in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Help with training and mentoring new team members.
• Act as a point of contact for shift-related issues in the absence of management.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Previous experience in a retail environment, in a supervisory or Floor Manager position is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen interest in fashion and retail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
