Job summary

ARNE is seeking a Floor Manager for their Liverpool flagship, reporting to the Store Manager. You will lead daily operations, welcome customers, share the brand story, and drive service excellence during peak trading.

You’ll support stock and merchandising, mentor colleagues, and ensure the store meets sales targets while maintaining brand standards. Ideal candidates will have retail supervisory experience, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with supervisory or keyholder responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and readiness each day.
• Assist daily operations including stock management and visual merchandising.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Support sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
• Act as point of contact for shift-related issues in absence of management.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store at all times.

Following the hugely successful launch of our flagship store in Liverpool ONE, we are seeking an additional customer focused Floor Manager to join our Retail Team. This role will play a key part in bringing our vision to life as we enter our peak trading period. You'll be the face of ARNE, welcoming customers, sharing our story, and delivering the kind of service and experience which we believe has been missing from the Retail space.

Requirements

• Open and close the store, ensuring everything is secure and ready for trading each day

Essential Experience And Skills

• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or keyholder role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A keen interest in fashion and retail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
