The Role

As Floor Manager, you’ll be at the heart of operations—leading food and drink service, managing the team on shift, and keeping the buzz alive every day. Whether it’s burgers and beers or sharing plates and spritzes, you’ll make sure every guest leaves happy, every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day front-of-house operations across both food and beverage service
• Lead and inspire the floor team, creating a positive and efficient working environment
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service
• Ensure food is served promptly, accurately, and in line with health & safety standards
• Handle guest feedback confidently and professionally
• Manage floor plans, covers, and table turns during busy periods
• Support with team training, rota planning, stock checks, and opening/closing duties

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in a high-volume, food-led venue
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a dynamic team
• A guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality and service excellence
• Solid understanding of food hygiene, allergens, and H&S procedures
• Great communicator, cool under pressure, and highly organised
• Right to work in the UK
