As our Floor Manager, you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager in guiding the floor team and running a smooth operation.

Located on Long Acre in The Yards, we’re just a two minute walk from Covent Garden Station or two minutes from Leicester Square station.

Your Day At Aqua

Lead by example: Support the floor team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service
Support the team: Make sure your team is familiar with service procedures, updated employee manuals, and provide necessary training. Your effort will ensure the reception team can confidently deal with guest queries and daily duties
Operational excellence & communication: maintain effective communication between the team and senior management so that everything is excellently executed

You will be paid £12.21 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £4.00 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.

This is a full-time contract of 48hours, salary of up to £40,000/annum including service charge.
