We are seeking an experienced and passionate Floor Manager to lead and inspire our team, ensure seamless service, and create memorable moments for our guests. Our service aims to be approachable, fun, and consistent, while maintaining high standards.

A love for hospitality and strong attention to detail are essential, along with a desire to grow within MJMK Restaurants.

John combines his Thai and British heritage to craft dishes inspired by Thailand's eclectic cuisine, using the finest ingredients from the British Isles. With experience at Som Saa (London) and Nahm (Bangkok), John has spent a decade refining his craft to bring this unique concept to London.

Desiree partners with sustainably focused, small-batch European wine producers to complement the cuisine at AngloThai, emphasizing craftsmanship, ethics, and flavor.

As a Floor Manager at AngloThai, you will:

• Earn up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
