Job summary

San Carlo Haleare is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee service, delegate tasks, and maintain high standards across shifts. Competitive industry pay (based on salary & Tronc).

You will recruit and develop restaurant staff, ensure smooth daily operations, handle customer enquiries, and support training to drive exceptional guest experiences in a growing UK hospitality group.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Team management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail; highly organised and able to multitask

Responsibilities

• Delegate work assignments, find the right person and assign them the right job adapting to the skill and necessities
• Assist in the recruitment for new employees for the restaurant
• Ensure smooth running of the restaurant and ensure it is staffed at correct levels each day
• Ensure delivery of a high standard of service at all times
• Support employee performance and encourage to an acceptable standard
• Assist and support training and development of all employees
• Deal effectively with customer complaints

Required Qualifications & Experience:
