Job summary

The Londoner in Leicester Square is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the front-of-house team across The Residence spaces—the Y Bar, The Drawing Room and Whisky Room—delivering service at the highest luxury standards.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with Reception, Housekeeping, F&B and Guest Services, train staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety while driving guest satisfaction and exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Lounge Manager, or similar leadership role within a luxury hotel, premium hospitality venue, or private members' club.
• Outstanding guest service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A hands‑on approach with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager at The Londoner, the role is for The Residence - a collection of three beautifully designed spaces just for hotel residents. The Y Bar, The Drawing Room, and the Whisky Room have been curated to meet our guests’ every work and leisure needs.
