Job summary

Fiume in London is seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to oversee the waiting team and ensure seamless service delivery for every guest, from welcome to farewell, on a busy shift. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll build rapport with guests, support the team on busy shifts, uphold our high hospitality standards, and actively participate in seasonal tastings and training sessions.
