Aqua Restaurant Group operates a collection of venues in London and beyond, and as Floor Manager you will support the Restaurant Manager in guiding the floor team and running a smooth operation.

You will lead by example, ensure staff familiarity with service procedures and manuals, and maintain strong communication with senior management to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As our Floor Manager, you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager in guiding the floor team and running a smooth operation.

Aqua Shard brings the essence of modern London with inventive, British cuisine and carefully crafted cocktails to Level 31 of The Shard.

We serve lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and brunch against a backdrop of stunning panoramic views of London.

Your Day At Aqua

• Lead by example: Support the floor team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service
• Support the team: Make sure your team is familiar with service procedures, updated employee manuals, and provide necessary training. Your effort will ensure the reception team can confidently deal with guest queries and daily duties
• Operational excellence & communication: maintain effective communication between the team and senior management so that everything is excellently executed

You will be paid £12.71 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £6.59 extra per hour. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
