Berenjak, part of JKS Restaurants, is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our vibrant Persian restaurant in central London. You will lead a small, passionate FOH team, ensuring warm guest experiences and flawless service with personality and flair.

The ideal candidate will have previous Floor Manager or Assistant Floor Manager experience, a hands-on approach, and a true passion for hospitality. You will train staff, brief before service, and uphold superb standards across the dining

We’re looking for a talented Floor Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Floor Manager to play a key role in a dynamic & growing restaurant group with big plans ahead. You will be joining a driven and passionate team. Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand across three locations, Berenjak is an exciting group of Persian restaurants with four locations in the UK (Mayfair, Soho, Borough Market and Soho Farmhouse) and eight internationally across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and New York.

The Restaurant

Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand, Berenjak is a fast paced, exciting and critically acclaimed Persian restaurant situated in the heart of Soho. The menu reinterprets the classic hole in the wall eateries lining the streets of Tehran. The restaurant accommodates 40 covers over one floor, rustic and lively, bringing to life Iranian history and culture. We have a passionate, fun & enthusiastic team that embody this culture and re-create, family-oriented memories for guests.

The Position

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Floor Manager, but most importantly, we're looking for committed self-starters who are eager to learn, develop and be part of this unique restaurant. Working in a small team you'll need to be able to communicate effectively, delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.

The Successful Floor Manager will have:

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager or Assistant Floor Manager ready to take on more responsibility;
• Warm and welcoming persona, along with a hands-on approach to work and impeccable attention to detail;
• Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team;
• Passion for hospitality and a excellent knowledge of food and beverage;
• Eagerness to learn and develop your career within an award-winning restaurant group.

As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the senior management team in managing day-to-day restaurant operations with warmth and professionalism;
• Ensuring the running of a smooth service. This is a hands-on management role and the ideal candidate will be able to oversee and manage a large, dynamic FOH team;
• Developing and being able to deliver an engaging training programme;
• Demonstrate the ability to run engaging and informative briefings before service, communicating any updates to the menu,new items, specials, and limited stock;
• Champion quality and consistency - ensure positive communication between both the FOH and Kitchen teams to deliver exceptional product and guest experience.
