Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join a dynamic fashion retailer in Belfast. You will lead a motivated team, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain high visual merchandising and store standards.

As a Floor Manager you will drive sales, manage daily operations, support recruitment and training, and ensure stock control and loss prevention while fostering a positive, energetic team culture.
