Job summary

MD Group Ltd – Exeter is seeking an experienced Floor Layer to cover TR and PL postcodes, delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance in a single visit.

You will lay Polysafe and Vinyl flooring, install cap and flat lay, and bring a trade qualification (NVQ 2/3 or City & Guilds) with driving licence and own tools. The role is full‑time in Exeter at £17.31 per hour (£36,000 per annum), with up to 25 days leave and a company pension.

Qualifications

• NVQ 2/3 or City & Guilds with multi-trade capability.
• Experience laying vinyl and carpet flooring.
• Full UK driving licence and own tools.

Responsibilities

• Cover TR & PL postcodes delivering repairs in a single visit.
• Lay Polysafe and Vinyl flooring and install cap and flat lay.
• Desirable: basic plumbing and carpentry tasks.
