We are seeking 1 Floor Layer for an approximate 12-month contract to work at properties across Nottingham City.
Working Hours: 37 hours per week with flexible and agile working arrangements (by agreement) to cover a 24/7 service. The role is off-site, with Harvey Road as the base location.
This position provides additional team support to enhance the delivery of adaptations, helping to reduce the existing backlog managed by Adults and Social Care. The role involves maintaining assets to meet statutory and regulatory standards for housing, including installation, repair, and maintenance obligations as a landlord. The goal is to deliver high-quality rented housing, achieve tenant satisfaction, improve landlord-tenant relationships, and ensure health and safety compliance.
