Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Floor Housekeeper to join our team here at The Bulgari Hotel, London.

• You will be pivotal to the success of our Housekeeping department, which demands the expertise of exceptional professionals to deliver a memorable experience for our guests.
• Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will ensure that all bedrooms, guest areas, store rooms, maid services and Housekeeping office are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance and comfort.
• You will be responsible in ensuring Room Attendants and House Porters are trained to keep the rooms, corridors and standards set by the Hotel.
• You will have the ability to work independently and as part of the team, and be impeccable in every manner of service but at the same time, you will be informal and genuine.

Profil

• To be successful in your application you will already have experience in Housekeeping from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5 star hospitality industry.
• You will be an impeccably presented individual who possesses excellent customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
