Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Floor Host to join our team at a prestigious client site near Canary Wharf. You will be the go-to person on the floor, coordinating meeting rooms and refreshment points, while offering a friendly face to employees with their requests.

This full-time, permanent role offers a 40-hour work week (8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) and a salary of £33,305 per year. You will work to maintain excellent facilities and deliver outstanding service across the workplace

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for stakeholders on the office floor and build strong relationships.
• Proactively handle guest requests quickly, friendly and professionally.
• Ensure meeting rooms are pristine and equipment is working.
• Maintain refreshment centres, print hubs and general floor maintenance.
• Collect and review data on room utilisation and peak times.
• Assist other service lines when required.
• Follow H&S policies and participate in first aid and fire warden teams.

We are looking for a Floor Host to join our Rapport team at a prestigious client site near Canary Wharf. With stunning, modern offices and a vibrant atmosphere, this is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in day-to-day workplace experience. You will be the go-to person on the floor - managing meeting rooms and refreshment points, while being the friendly face that supports employees with their requests.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday)

Salary: £33,305 per annum

Main Responsibilities

• Being a main point of contact for key stake holders on the office floor and building strong relationships with them.
• Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally.
• Making sure meeting rooms are impeccable, and equipment is in working order.
• Making sure refreshment centres, print hubs and general maintenance on floors are in perfect order.
• Gathering and reviewing data regarding room utilisation and peak time periods
• Helping other service lines when required.
• Making sure company H&S policies are adhered to and be part of first aid & fire warden first responder teams.
