Working Hours: 37 hours per week - Flexible and agile working (by agreement) to cover the service 24/7

To support the maintenance of assets to meet statutory and regulatory standards for housing, including installation, repair, and maintenance obligations as a landlord. To contribute to providing high-quality rented housing, achieving tenant satisfaction, improving landlord-tenant relationships, and ensuring health and safety.
