About the Role

To support the maintenance of assets to meet statutory and regulatory standards for housing, including installation, repair, and maintenance obligations as a landlord. To contribute to providing high-quality rented housing, achieving tenant satisfaction, improving landlord-tenant relationships, and ensuring health and safety.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in all aspects of floor and wall finishes, including wet-room wall boarding
• Experience in repairs, new builds, maintenance, or contract environments, including assessing and inspecting jobs and updating records
• Ability to safely operate necessary power tools and plant, following all safety procedures
• Experience in investigating and testing to identify faults and root causes, and implementing lasting solutions
• Ability to use skills from other trades to meet targets for first-time fixes when appropriate
• An organized yet flexible approach and the ability to meet deadlines
