Grosvenor Casinos is hiring a Floor Attendant at Grosvenor London Victoria. You’ll keep our casino looking its best, greet guests with warmth and ensure spaces are inviting.

This 24/7 venue requires flexibility for night shifts and weekends; you’ll work as part of a team, maintain stock, follow hygiene and safer gambling guidelines, and take pride in the details.

Qualifications

As a Floor Attendant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our casino looking its best - clean, tidy, and fully stocked, while greeting guests with warmth and professionalism.

You’ll work closely with the wider team, staying on top of stock levels, rotating items properly, and making sure every area of the venue feels inviting and guest ready. ‑ready.

You’ll follow our hygiene, food safety and safer gambling guidelines, manage your time well, and take real pride in the details that make a big difference.

Skills & Experience Needed:

To shine in this role, you’ll be someone who notices the small things, stays organised in a busy environment, communicates confidently, works well with others, and brings a positive, proactive attitude.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
