Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Flood Risk Engineer in Bristol. In this role, you'll lead flood modelling and drainage projects, preparing technical reports and liaising with various stakeholders while mentoring junior team members. Ideal candidates will have experience in flood risk management and be proficient in TUFLOW and Flood Modeller.

Qualifications

• Experience in flood modelling and flood risk management.
• Proficient in TUFLOW and Flood Modeller.
• Experience preparing Flood Risk Assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leading flood modelling, Flood Risk Assessment and drainage projects.
• Developing and reviewing models using TUFLOW, Flood Modeller and InfoWorks ICM.
• Managing projects from inception through to completion.
• Liaising with clients, local authorities and the Environment Agency.
• Preparing technical reports and interpreting hydrological data.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
