Job summary

Creative Support is recruiting for our Floating Support Service in Bishop Auckland and East Durham, offering practical and emotional support to individuals with mental health needs in their homes or in the community.

The role involves identifying opportunities for social inclusion, working with clients in a recovery-focused way according to their support plans, and collaborating with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• No prior care experience required.
• Willingness to undertake training toward a QCF Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for social inclusion and support clients in a recovery-focused way according to individual support plans.
• Collaborate with clients, families and professionals to ensure a consistent and coordinated service.
• Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day operations of the Floating Support Service.
