Job summary

Salford Councils' All Hallows High School site seeks a Floating General Assistant to support meal services for pupils. The role runs 10 hours per week (Mon–Fri 12:00–14:00) on a fixed term contract to July 2027, with duties including setting up dining rooms, dishwashing, serving meals and basic preparation under the Cook Supervisor.

You will work within a values-driven team, contributing to healthy meal provision and a positive dining experience for children, while adhering to service standards

• Assist the Cook Supervisor in providing healthy, nutritious meals for the children, including setting up dining rooms, washing up, serving of food and some basic food preparation.
