Private networks - We find the best technology, manage assets, and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?

The Junior FLM Engineer supports telecom projects across the North West, with some travel required. Responsibilities include first-line maintenance, installation, and commissioning of small works, on a 1-in-7 shift rota covering 24/7/365. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting fixed/mobile telecom equipment, managing tickets to SLA standards, updating documentation, and performing risk assessments. Tasks also include street cabinet work, preventative maintenance, site surveys, and reporting. The engineer will be required to respond to NOC requests, communicate professionally, and assist in team training. Full training will be provided to support all technical duties.

  • Competent in the use of power tools, ladders, and hand tools
  • A strong set of IT skills, including Microsoft products, basic DOS commands, VT software
  • Ability to operate and understand new equipment
  • Analytical skills to assist in fault resolution
  • An understanding of telecoms systems and components

  • Vibrant personality and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
