The Junior FLM Engineer supports telecom projects across the North West, with some travel required. Responsibilities include first-line maintenance, installation, and commissioning of small works, on a 1-in-7 shift rota covering 24/7/365. Tasks involve maintaining and troubleshooting telecom equipment, managing tickets to SLA standards, updating documentation, performing risk assessments, and conducting street cabinet work, preventative maintenance, site surveys, and reporting. The engineer will respond to NOC requests, communicate professionally, and assist in team training. Full training will be provided.
