Flix Interactive Ltd in the West Midlands (Europe) seeks a senior technical animator to combine character animation with Unreal Engine implementation for responsive melee combat.

You will refine animation systems, implement state machines, blend spaces and animation blueprints, develop movement transitions and diagnose issues across a distributed team. This full-time role allows remote work within Europe or West Midlands and emphasizes collaboration with artists and engineers.

Competenze

• Seven years at senior level in technical animation or equivalent.
• Melee-combat experience and Unreal skills including motion matching.
• Blender or Maya proficiency and clear communication across a distributed team.

Location: Europe — remote / West Midlands, United Kingdom
Contract and work arrangement: Full-time, permanent. Remote within Europe or West Midlands-based. Visa sponsorship is not available.
