Flights & Operations Coordinator

Love travel and the outdoors? Join our small, friendly team at as a Flights & Operations Coordinator and help plan exceptional tours worldwide.

What You’ll Do as a Flights & Ops Coordinator:

  • Manage flight bookings, ticketing, and schedule changes.
  • Handle client requests for extras like upgrades and add-ons.
  • Produce accurate travel documents and liaise with suppliers.
  • Communicate with clients, airport reps, and leaders to ensure smooth tour operations.
  • Assist with reports, manifests, and cost-effective planning.

What We’re Looking for as a Flights & Ops Coordinator:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of airline pricing and GDS (preferred but not essential).
  • IT proficiency and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Previous travel industry experience (preferred but not required).
