Working exclusively with our client we are seeking a Flights Manager to join their team on a hybrid basis.

The Flights Manager will lead airline provision. This includes modernising and adapting current processes to align with industry standards, requirements and limitations.

You will ideally have a proven track record of leading a team in an operational role and be competent in all areas of GDS and in particular Amadeus. You will ensure the training team members to serve both internal and external customers proficiently within agreed timelines is essential. As the Flights Manager you keep on top off and also research and present airline developments to the product team, as well as anticipate product development requirements and support the team with flight provision for all holidays.

From an operational aspect you will support the team with last minute operational flight changes, ensure ticketing documentation is accurate, monitor flights on a daily basis and ensure flights are loaded accurately onto the internal reservation and booking system.

You will be a natural leader and have an excellent grasp of tour operating and the aviation sector and be commercial astute and operationally sound. This senior travel job in tour operating requires someone that can demonstrate their proven track record of success in flights trading.
