Job summary

Acron Aviation Training Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Flight Simulation team in a hands-on role. You will oversee integration, verification and validation of complex flight simulation systems and directly engage with customers during system acceptance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or related engineering discipline and has experience with flight simulation components, testing procedures, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration of subsystems (hardware and software) into cohesive flight simulation systems.
• Define and execute test plans to verify performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as primary customer contact during acceptance, ensuring contractual requirements are met and tests are demonstrated.
