Job summary

Acron Aviation Training Systems seek a Work Package Owner/Engineering Delivery Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering state-of-the-art flight simulators. Based in Crawley with hybrid work options, you’ll own scope, schedule, budget and quality across complex packages, ensuring on-time delivery to aerospace standards.

You will collaborate with customers and stakeholders, drive governance, manage risks, report to senior leadership, and help shape innovative flight simulation solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Systems Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as Work Package Owner/Delivery Manager in aerospace or simulation.
• Knowledge of aerospace standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality products and services.
• Own work packages with scope, schedule, budget and quality accountability.
• Implement governance frameworks in line with aerospace standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers on objectives and milestones.
• Drive risk management through the project lifecycle.
• Ensure regulatory and quality standards are met; report progress to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes.
