Job summary

Acron Aviation seeks a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Programme Management team, delivering cutting-edge aviation training solutions to customers worldwide. You will lead multiple concurrent projects across the full delivery lifecycle—from concept and design through to certification, delivery, and in-service modification—with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

This role requires strong experience managing hardware and software integration in aviation environments, PRINCE2/APM/PMI

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering complex, high-value projects involving hardware and software integration.
  • Experience with aviation, aerospace, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with project governance and reporting frameworks (PRINCE2, APM, PMI, MSP).
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects, including new simulator builds and engineering upgrades.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners.
  • Define and control project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans (WBS, schedules, budgets, risk registers).
  • Monitor project performance and resolve issues.
  • Manage project budgets with financial oversight and forecasting.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Ensure robust configuration and change management.
  • Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide clear reporting to senior leadership.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Programme Management team, delivering cutting‑edge aviation training solutions to customers worldwide. This role sits at the heart of a dynamic, global operation focused on the design, manufacture, and lifecycle support of Full Flight Simulators and advanced training devices.

You will lead multiple concurrent projects across the full delivery lifecycle- from concept and design through to certification, delivery, and in-service modification- working with multidisciplinary engineering teams and international clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to step into a high‑impact, technically complex environment. You will play a key role in delivering mission‑critical solutions that support pilot training and aviation safety worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM, PMI, MSP)
  • Experience in aviation, aerospace, defence, or regulated industries
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with strategic awareness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office
Qualifications
  • Project Management certification (APM, PMI, PRINCE2, MSP)
