Job summary

Newrest is recruiting in the United Kingdom for an inflight catering delivery role in Poyle. You will act as an ambassador for Newrest, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to client and Civil Aviation Authority standards.

Daily coordination with colleagues will meet deadlines and ensure accurate loading of meals, beverages and equipment for each flight. The role requires a full UK manual driving licence with clean record, and prior airline catering or logistics experience is preferred but

Qualifications

• Full Manual UK driving licence with under 6 points.
• Experience in airline catering, logistics, or customer service preferred but not essential.
• Team player who can manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for Newrest, delivering exceptional service for inflight catering to leading airlines.
• Perform daily tasks in accordance with Newrest, client and Civil Aviation Authority compliance.
• Plan and coordinate daily tasks prior to each shift with internal colleagues to meet deadlines.
• Ensure inflight meals, special meals, beverages and equipment are assembled and loaded per flight specifications and orders.
• Pack carts/trolleys in line with airline standards and maintain temperatures before delivery.
• Seal carts/trolleys per Dispatch with compliance to CAA requirements.
• Load airline food and catering supplies inside delivery trucks and at the aircraft.
• Guide catering vehicles airside and enforce safety protocols during loading and unloading.
• Report delays, shortages or damaged items to unit management immediately and escalate when needed.
• Communicate effectively to minimise delays and resolve issues with sustainable solutions.

4. Ensure allin-flight meals, special meals, beverages and equipment are assembled andloaded in accordance with client flight loading specifications and inflightorders.
5. Ensure allcompleted carts/trollies are packed in line with airline standards andmaintained at appropriate temperatures (hot/cold) prior to delivery.
6. Seal allcarts/trollies ready for dispatch, in line with CAA requirements.
7. Effectivelyload airline food and catering supplies inside delivery trucks and at theAircraft.
8. Guidecatering vehicles airside and ensure safety protocols are followed duringloading and offloading.
9. Report anyissues such as delays, shortages, or damaged items to the unit managementimmediately.
10. Utiliseeffective communications to minimise delays and resolve any issues withsustainable solutions.
