Job summary

KRG Holdings Ltd in Boston, Lincolnshire is seeking a Flexographic Printer – Labels to operate a 8/10 colour press and drive quality, efficiency and housekeeping on every job. You’ll work either double day shifts or permanent nights, with detailed weekly rotas provided.

Experience on UV or waterbased flexo presses, printing labels (hot foil, screen and peel & read) and a pro-active problem-solving mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience running a UV or Waterbased flexo press.
• Preferably have experience running an 8/10 colour press (Mark Andy, MPS, Nilpeter, Gallus).
• Flexographic printing experience essential for label work (hot foil, screen and peel & read).

Responsibilities

• Operating a 10 colour narrow web servo-driven Flexographic press - Mark Andy.
• Responsible for quality, efficiency and good housekeeping.
• Managing work schedules and output in line with business needs and customers.
• Troubleshoot and solve issues with machinery or print quality.
• Proactively maintain and clean printing equipment and components.
• Train and support new Printers and existing staff as required.
