Job summary

Our client in Normanton is looking for two experienced Flexographic Printers to join their manufacturing team on a permanent basis. The role involves running flexographic presses, ensuring quality, maintaining H&S standards, and meeting customer specifications.

The successful candidates will print accurately to works docket instructions, perform quality checks, keep documentation up to date, and contribute to smooth shift handovers.

Responsibilities

• Produce products to required quality standards while maintaining H&S standards.
• Ensure all jobs are printed accurately to customers specifications as set on works docket/instructions.
• Carry out quality checks per procedures and document defects or incorrect print.
• Maximise outputs and efficiencies on shift in line with KPIs and manager guidance.
• Sign off and complete documentation in line with procedures.
• Maintain and clean down the machine after use.
• Hand over to the next shift to ensure continuous production.
• Adhere to health, safety, environmental, quality and hygiene policies.
• Keep area, equipment and machinery clean and tidy.
• Report machine breakdowns promptly and assist in basic maintenance.
