Job summary

The Venues Collection is seeking friendly and reliable Housekeepers for Yarnfield Park, Staffordshire. This zero-hours role offers daytime shifts (9:00am–2:30pm) and a rate of £13.45 per hour, with extensive benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, annual leave, life assurance and meals on duty.

No prior housekeeping experience is required; a positive attitude, eye for detail and pride in doing a great job are valued.

Qualifications

• No previous housekeeping experience required; a positive attitude and pride in doing a great job.
• You’ll ideally have a passion for delivering great customer service and a flexible approach to working.
• Good awareness of health and safety when using cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel bedrooms to a high standard.
• Dust, sweep, polish, mop and vacuum designated areas.
• Ensure surfaces, floors, windows and high-touch areas are cleaned and sanitised regularly.
• Empty and dispose of waste safely.
• Make sure bedrooms and other areas are clean, presentable and safe for guests.
• Follow cleaning procedures, policies and standards and health and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with colleagues to keep housekeeping operations running smoothly.
• Take pride in guest areas and contribute to a positive experience for guests.
