Job summary

Fight for Peace Academy in London seeks a committed youth worker to support three delivery settings: The Hub, Man Talk and Detached, with evening sessions across the week. You will mentor young people aged 7–25 and uphold our values in all interactions, ensuring a safe, constructive environment.

The role is part-time (15 hours per week) based at the Fight for Peace Academy in Woodman Street, London E16 2LS, with responsibilities across drop-in, group work and street-based outreach.

Responsibilities

• Support open-access evening sessions and inductions at the Hub
• Register young people and deliver personal development conversations
• Deliver personal development sessions and conversations across three settings
• Manage behaviour in line with Fight for Peace values, as a frontline worker
• Work across three settings: The Hub, Man Talk and Detached project
