Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking dedicated tutors to provide personalised one-to-one tuition to children and young people across Cambridgeshire during school hours. This flexible, temporary role covers Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas, with potential for permanent opportunities.

As a Tutor, you will deliver tailored lessons, support learners with SEND provision, and help students achieve educational goals. DBS checks and travel across the area are required.

Formación

• Minimum of two years' UK teaching or tutoring experience.
• Experience or knowledge of Primary, Secondary, GCSE, Functional Skills or SEND education.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver one-to-one tuition tailored to learner needs.
• Plan and prepare high-quality, differentiated lessons.
• Assess progress and provide written feedback after each session.
• Adapt teaching strategies to different abilities and learning styles.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, schools and professionals.
• Maintain records and follow safeguarding procedures.
