Job summary

Three R’s Teacher Recruitment is seeking reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for schools across Kent. Roles range from daily supply to longer-term placements, with flexible hours to fit your availability.

You’ll support teachers in primary settings, help pupils access learning, and contribute to a positive classroom environment. DBS checked or willing to obtain one; Right to Work in the UK required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting
• Flexible, proactive and reliable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
• L2-L3 TA qualification or GCSE Maths & English C-grade/equivalent

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across primary settings where appropriate
• Provide individual and small-group support to help pupils access learning
• Help maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
• Adapt confidently to different schools, classrooms and age groups
